Direct fit for the OEM DNM / KKE / FastAce / Talaria Factory MX fork with 3-bolt pattern.  For aftermarket FastAce forks which only have 2 bolts, the holes align but you can only use 2 of the bolts (not 3).

This is just the plastic fender itself (#13 in the image), you will reuse your OEM mounting bolts/hardware.
