At Charged Cycle Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
